Vegetable Description: The stems and veins of Canary Swiss Chard are bright yellow, adding nice contrasting color to salads! May be harvested as baby vegetable at 30 days or when fully mature at 60 days. Great for fresh or steamed eating!

Vegetable Planting: Direct sow outside in early spring. Can be fall planted. Plant about 4”-6” apart and 1/2“ below soil surface. Rows should be spaced at 18”-24” apart.

Vegetable Seed Saving: Allow seed heads to dry on plants; then remove heads, break them open, and collect seeds. Clean and dry the seeds before storage in cool dry conditions.
