The famous cornflower blue is the most popular of this beautiful annual wildflower, but it also blooms white, and in shades of pinks and wines. Expect birds and butterflies to be attracted to their showy blooms! Cornflowers have long been used and prized historically for it's blue pigment. These wildflowers are also used as an ingredient in tea, and is famous in the Lady Grey blend of 'Twinings.'
