A summer and fall blooming annual, this tri-color chrysanthemum blooms endlessly throughout the Summer and Fall. The showy, single, daisy-like wildflower boasts a wide variety of colors. Solid petals in purple, orange, scarlet, rose, salmon, yellow, and white are set off by two contrasting rings in the center. Their long-lasting blooms make them a preferred cut flower. If harvested before the it blooms, the young shoots from the plant are edible either raw or cooked, and are grown for this purpose in China.
