Dutchman's Breeches earned it's name from the white to rosy colored flowers positioned along each stem, each one bearing a resemblance to a pair of pants hung out to dry. This small plant is a wild version of the commonly know bleeding heart. Lavish, fern-like, grayish-green foliage makes this a beautiful foliage plant as well. Loved by children and naturalists!
