Blue-Hubbard-Winter-Squash.gif Winter Squash Seeds - 'Blue Hubbard'
This popular hubbard type, Blue Hubbard, produces football shaped fruits that weigh about 7 to 12 lbs. This variety has blue/gray skin and fine textured orange flesh. Matures in approximately 110 days. Sweet flavored and delicious in pies or steamed or baked. Great storing quality!

Buttercrop-Burgess-Winter-Squash.gif Winter Squash Seeds - 'Buttercrop Burgess'
This variety produces blocky, dark green fruits that weigh from 3 to 5 pounds. Flesh is deep orange in color and fiberless. Dry and sweet, its taste is much like that of a sweet potato. This open pollinated squash variety matures in about 100 days. Requires consistently moist soil and attracts bees, butterflies, and/or birds.

The Pink Banana squash is a great winter keeper! This popular "jumbo" squash used for both canning and baking produces long cylindrical fruit that can weight up to 70 pounds! Matures in about 105-115 days. Thin brittle skin turns pink-orange at maturity. Yellow-orange flesh is sweet, thick, firm and dry and great for use in pies! Average water needs. Attractive to bees, butterflies, and/or birds.

The Table Gold Acorn Squash is bright gold in color with pale orange flesh. Can also be harvested as a summer squash when skin is a lighter yellow. Vigorous vines of the Table Queen Acorn Squash produce medium sized dark olive-green acorn shaped deeply ribbed fruits. Productive and compact! Sweet, dry, golden-yellow flesh is excellent for baking. Great keeper! Mature fruit are 5-6" long x 4-4.5" in diameter with a thin hard shell. Average water needs. Attractive to bees, butterflies, and/or birds.

Spaghetti with fewer calories! This unique variety, Vegetable Spaghetti, produces fruit that, when cooked, yields delicious spaghetti-like strands of creamy-light yellow flesh. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, then cut open and scrape out strands. Matures in 85-100 days. Ready to harvest when skin color changes from cream to buff. Best when 8 to 10 inches long. Can store up to 6 months! Average water needs. Attractive to bees, butterflies, and/or birds.
