Terms & Conditions

When you shop on Everwilde.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, so please read carefully:

Orders
When you place an order with us, it immediately goes into our system, and is processed within 24-36 Hours. If you are unsure that your order was received by us, just check your Email, as we always send out an immediate confirmation Email to the the Email address that you entered when checking out. (Note: please check spam & junk folders, as Emails from new sources can sometimes end up there.) If you need to cancel your order, or make changes to your order, please contact us ASAP, as we cannot make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Bulk Seeds
When you purchase seeds in bulk from us (anything more than the packets) we may combine the seed amounts into one bag. For instance if you buy 1/4 Lb of something with a quantity of 2, we may combine it, and ship you one bag containing 1/2 Lb of seeds. If you do not wish to have your bulk seeds combined in this way, please make a note of this in the Special Instructions at checkout, and we will try and accommodate you.

Shipping
Nearly all of our orders are shipped with the US Post Office from our location in Fallbrook CA, including International orders. We normally ship out orders within 1 business day, and US orders usually take 2-4 days to be delivered. Orders that go overseas generally take about a week, but can be much longer for certain countries. We will E-mail you USPS tracking information as soon as your order has shipped but please be aware that very small orders of packets that are shipped in a First Class Envelope are not trackable. Also, International orders are not generally trackable once they leave the US.

Insurance
We offer shipping insurance upon checkout, and if you do not opt to purchase insurance, and the order is lost, then the loss will be yours, and cannot be refunded. If you are a US customer, then we will reship or refund the order at our discretion. If you are an International customer, please see below.

International Orders
We ship seeds overseas, but no longer issue Phytosanitary Permits. If your country requires a Phytosanitary permit for your order, we will not be able to provide this. Countries generally allow small packets of seed into the country without a Phytosanitary Permit, but others like Italy and sometimes Germany do not even allow this. If your order is stopped, detained, or destroyed by the customs office of your country, the loss is yours, as we cannot control what the officials in your country will do. Even if the seeds are returned to us, they are usually unfit to resell, and we cannot offer you a refund.

Customers
We reserve the right to do business with parties, companies, or individuals that are pleasant to work with, and will cease to do business with customers that will not pay their bills, or are repeatedly obnoxious and inconsiderate to our staff.

Limited Liability
The liability of Everwilde Farms for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase or use of its seeds or other products, including loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort, shall be limited to replacement of the item, or the refund of the purchase price. In no case shall Everwilde Farms be liable for more than the purchase price of the seed. We reserve the right to request the return of the seeds before making adjustments. By ordering and accepting such seeds, the purchaser acknowledges this limited warranty and that they constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding any warranty or liability.

It is not to be copied, downloaded, or transferred in any way, shape, or form, without express written permission of Everwilde Farms. The data contained in this site such as seed counts, bloom times, historic medicinal uses, etc are correct to the best of our knowledge, but we cannot be liable for damages or loss resulting from the use of this data.

Returns
Since seeds are a living thing, and we do not have control over the conditions that they are exposed to after they leave us, we are very reluctant to take returns. Under no circumstances can we take back seed packets that have been opened or are in anything but new condition. If you want to return seed packets that are in new, unopened condition, and the seeds were purchased less than 30 days ago, contact us, and we'll see if we can make an exception. Once an approved return arrives back at our office, we will issue a refund for the purchase price excluding the original shipping. This information is also contained on our Returns page.
