Vegetables - Salsify Seeds
Salsify is not very well known to modern American gardeners, but is a novelty vegetable to grow in your garden. Also called Oyster Plant, the long white taproots resemble parsnips or white carrots. It has a lot of nutrients to add to your plate, so if you are looking for something a little different to grow in your garden this year, salsify seeds might be worth a try. All of our vegetable seeds are non-GMO.
