Vegetable Description: New Yorker tomatoes grow on vigorous, compact, bush type plants. Tomatoes are 4-6 ounces and smooth and meaty, well colored. Does well in cool conditions. Adapted well to North-Eastern US. A good choice for either canning or fresh eating! Certain parts of plant may be poisonous if ingested.
