Nutritious, tender, and crunchy, the plume-like leaves of Dwarf Blue Curled Scotch are finely curled and an attractive bluish-green color. Add to salads, stir-fries or boil or steam it! This hardy variety maintains color well, and is slow to bolt. Dwarf plants grow up to 15” tall but can spread up to 30” wide. Good resistance to yellows in cool weather. Relative maturity is 55 to 90 days. Water regularly, but do not overwater

Ivory Garden kale is not only attractive, it's edible! This snowy white centered variety offers a contrasting compliment to red kales. Tolerant of cool conditions! Add to salads, etc!

This Italian heirloom is also known as 'Dinosaur Kale' due to the texture of the leaves. The heavily wrinkled three-inch wide leaves have a mild flavor, and are good steamed or boiled. Baby leaves can be harvested as soon as 30 days, to be used raw in salad. Mature leaves ready in 60 days.

Deep gray-green with leaves purple veins are a great colorful addition to both the vegetable garden and the table! Mature leaves are more tender than those of other kale varieties and have a mild sweet flavor. Vigorous, 18-30” tall. Matures 50 days from transplanting. To prolong shelf life, dip leaves in cold water after harvesting. Average water needs.

Coming from Russia, this variety of kale thrives in cold weather, but also does well in warmer climates. The ruffled green and purple leaves burst with flavor and are wonderfully versatile for salads, steamed, or in stir fry.

Siberian is a very hard kale with exceptional flavor that's improved by a light frost! This variety's appearance is attractive with its frilly leaves and blue-green color.
