Wildflowers - Gentian Seeds

Though this perennial may take extra time and work to establish, our gentian wildflower seeds for sale will be well worth the effort. Identified by their unusual closed tubular blossoms, gentians are primarily pollinated by bumblebees. Most varieties come in varying shades of violet, but we also offer the lovely cream version. Most gentians bloom in late summer or fall and do best in consistently moist conditions such as marshy areas. Keep in mind that the fringed gentian is on the rare and endangered list.
