Organic Vegetables - Organic Eggplant Seeds
There are a lot of kinds of organic eggplant seeds out there, and we have some of the better varieties. It is best to grow these non-GMO organic vegetable seeds in the south where there is enough heat and growing season to get them to full size. We have grown really nice Organic Black Beauty Eggplant in Wisconsin, but the growing season has to be just right to make it work. If you like colors, you might want to try growing some of the Organic Long Purple variety or the Organic Rosa Bianica.
